Rings are made-to-order, with the condition of ready-to-ship ring designs. All rings are the standard ring size. Note that the ring should comfortably slide on the finger and come off, but with a little tension. If the ring twirls, the size may be too large. Fingers change size with temperature, so make sure you pick a size that fits your "neutral" temperature.

Make your design last by taking good care of it! Limit wear time when cleaning or exercising. Use a gem cleaner or dish soap and a soft bristle scrub every two weeks to keep your design clean and dirt free.

Unless specifically stated on the product listing that a piece is ready to ship, all pieces are made to order which take a minimum of 4 weeks. Please reference the product page for actual processing times as they range from 3 to 8 weeks. All made-to-order items are final sale. Ready-to-ship items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Shipping is free on items over $1500. Signature release is included complimentary on every order over $500.

Please note that USPS is only used for resin casts. All fine jewelry pieces will be shipped using UPS, DHL, or another high level shipping carrier. If you select USPS for your fine jewelry piece, your shipping will automatically be upgraded to UPS or equivalent.
