Shipping
Processing Times
For "ready to ship" items, we take up to 5 days to fulfill your order. All "made to order" items take a minimum of 4 weeks. Once your order is ready, please allow between 2-10 days based on your location. We ship out from Denver, Colorado.
Signature release is included complimentary on every order over $500.
Carriers
We ship with USPS, UPS and if global, DHL. Please understand that we are a super small team and can only process so many orders in one day. We do our best to ship out as soon as your order is ready based on the nature of the product.
Returns
Policy
Unless we have an item stated as "final sale", we have a 14-day return policy for "ready to ship" items. After receiving your item, you have 14 days to request a return. All "made to order" items and any custom designs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@maialyra.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items listed and purchased under our sample sale are final and cannot be returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items. Items that are non-refundable and cannot be returned are "made to order" items. Items in the "ready to ship" section are available for refund within our return policy.
Exchanges
Please email us at hello@maialyra.com as exchanges are on a case by case basis for made to order products. Exchanges are not available for "ready to ship" products.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please allow your bank or credit card company 5-7 business days to process and post the refund.
