frequently asked questions

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

We are located in the USA! We currently ship within the United States, Mexico, Canada and select European countries as well as Australia and New Zealand. Please see our FAQ page for more information.

How can I cancel my order?

You have only 24 hours to cancel upon placing your order. Once the 24 hours have passed, the order will be processed and you will not be able to cancel.

Can I change my shipping address?

Absolutely! Please let us know as soon as possible what the shipping address should be changed to if the shipping address originally inputted was a mistake.

How long will it take until I receive my order?

"made to order" items generally have a 3-4 week processing time unless otherwise stated while ready to ship" items have a 1-2 day processing time. Once it's processed, please allow 5-10 business days for it to arrive to you!
