Every MAIA + LYRA piece is thoughtfully crafted to order. Please allow approximately 3–4 weeks for production before your jewelry is carefully inspected, beautifully packaged, and prepared for shipment. If your order is time-sensitive, please don't hesitate to reach out—we'll always do our best to accommodate special occasions.
SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every order is fully insured and carefully packaged before leaving our studio. Signature confirmation is included on qualifying orders for added peace of mind. Because each piece is made specifically for you, made-to-order and bespoke jewelry is considered final sale.
SIZING

Finding the perfect fit is an important part of the experience. If you're unsure of your ring size or would prefer a different chain length, we're happy to help before your piece is crafted. Complimentary ring sizing guidance is always available.
